Heimat Distillers

The HEIMAT distillery is located in an old natural stone factory, which has decades of history. Today, Marcel, Rouven and Raphael are the fifth generation to run the family distillery. The three men have been best friends since childhood and grew up in a rural area with orchards and vineyards. From an early age, they were involved in the distillation and production of spirits in the family business. For many years, gin has been a loyal companion to their evenings together. Consequently, one thing led to another. The recipe for their own gin was created with the aim of getting an honest taste from their HEIMAT into the bottle. They rely on hand-picked botanicals such as meadow sage, thyme and apples, which are all harvested from the regional meadows at HEIMAT. In addition to alcoholic drinks, the friends have also started to produce non-alcoholic drinks such as non-alcoholic gin and rum.
