Dark Rumi Captain Briggs is a unique alternative to rum but without alcohol. It was created after many attempts to create a unique composition and use the right technology to capture the essence and aromas characteristic of a premium Caribbean rum from Cuba, Jamaica and Martinique. This alcohol-free rum is characterised by a smooth yet powerful flavour profile of old oak, complemented by aromas of smoke, caramel and molasses, which are slightly softened by the lack of alcohol. Dark Rumi is created to replace the traditional dark rum in the drinks you know. It is a great base for composing your favourite rum cocktails, such as the Daiquiri, Cuba Libre or Dark Rum Mojito.
